Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the Administration of Miami Cleaners Hub (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration," "Site," "Platform") and the User regarding the use of the Site.

1.2. By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read the terms of this Agreement and accept them unconditionally.

1.3. The Administration reserves the right to amend the Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available at /terms.

2. Platform Status

2.1. Miami Cleaners Hub is a classifieds marketplace and is not a party to any contracts for services or other transactions between Users.

2.2. The Site provides the ability to:

• For Cleaners/Service Providers — post listings offering cleaning services;
• For Customers — search for services and connect with Service Providers.

2.3. Miami Cleaners Hub DOES NOT participate in transactions between Users and is NOT a guarantor of obligation fulfillment.

3. Liability

3.1. The Site Administration IS NOT liable for:

• the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by Service Providers;
• non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations between Service Provider and Customer;
• any damages incurred by Customers as a result of purchasing services;
• the accuracy of information posted by Service Providers in their listings;
• technical interruptions in Site operation;
• damages arising from fraudulent actions of third parties.

3.2. Service Provider and Customer independently bear responsibility for compliance with applicable laws when entering into and executing agreements.

3.3. Customers are obligated to independently verify information about Service Providers, service quality, and transaction terms before making a purchase.

4. Service Provider Obligations

4.1. Service Provider agrees to:

• provide accurate information about themselves and their services;
• comply with applicable laws when conducting their business;
• provide real prices and terms of service;
• timely update listing status;
• respond to Customer inquiries in a reasonable time;
• properly fulfill all assumed obligations.

5. Customer Obligations

5.1. Customer agrees to:

• independently verify information about Service Providers and services before hiring;
• pay for services in accordance with agreed terms;
• comply with applicable laws when making purchases;
• not place false orders or mislead Service Providers;
• not seek compensation from the Site Administration for damages related to poor service quality or Service Provider dishonesty.

6. Posting Listings

6.1. Service Providers may post listings after registering on the Site.

6.2. The Administration reserves the right to:

• refuse to post a listing without explanation;
• remove listings that violate applicable laws or this Agreement;
• block Users for repeated violations.

6.3. The following is prohibited in listings:

• false or misleading information;
• services prohibited by applicable laws;
• infringement of third-party rights (intellectual property, etc.);
• profanity, insults, calls for violence;
• promotion of illegal activities, prohibited substances, weapons.

7. Reviews and Ratings

7.1. Customers may leave reviews and rate Service Providers after receiving services.

7.2. The Administration reserves the right to:

• remove knowingly false, defamatory, or offensive reviews;
• block Users found to be manipulating ratings or posting fake reviews;
• not engage in disputes regarding review objectivity.

7.3. Reviews must be based on actual experience with the Service Provider.

8. Paid Services

8.1. Service Providers may use paid promotion services for their listings:

• Boost Listing — moves the listing to the top of search results;
• Highlight Listing — visual highlighting among other listings;
• All City Display — expanded geographic visibility;
• Premium Packages — comprehensive promotion.

8.2. Service prices are indicated on the Site and may be changed by the Administration unilaterally.

8.3. Paid services are non-refundable if they have been properly rendered.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All materials posted on the Site, including design, logo, text, graphics, and software code, are the intellectual property of the Administration.

9.2. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using Site materials without the written consent of the Administration is prohibited.

9.3. Service Providers retain rights to their listings but grant the Administration a non-exclusive right to use them for Site operation.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1. The Administration processes Users' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10.2. The User consents to the processing of their personal data provided during registration.

10.3. The Administration does not transfer personal data to third parties, except as required by law.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal laws.

11.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to review in court at the Administration's place of registration.

11.3. If any provisions of this Agreement are found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

11.4. The Administration's failure to act in response to a User's violation of this Agreement does not deprive the Administration of the right to take appropriate action to protect its interests at a later time.
